What information and photographs do I need?
Start with your business name, services, service area, contact preferences, and any existing website or domain. Share your logo and photographs you own or have permission to use. We’ll identify what’s missing together before confirming the scope. Please don’t send passwords or sensitive documents.
Can you help with the wording?
Yes. I can organise and polish the copy from the business information you supply, so it clearly explains what you do. You review it for accuracy before it goes live. Any additional writing requirements are agreed in the scope.
Can you work with an existing domain?
Yes. Custom-domain connection assistance is included in the website packages. We’ll review your domain setup and the steps needed before making changes. Your domain account should stay under your control; you don’t need to send me your password.
What do revision rounds include?
Each website package includes two consolidated revision rounds. A round means one collected list of feedback on the agreed design and content, followed by the corresponding updates. New pages, features, or a change of direction outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
What ongoing costs might apply?
Domains, paid third-party services, and any applicable platform or hosting charges are separate from the website price. Applicable taxes are also separate. Optional website care is an additional monthly service. We’ll confirm the expected costs and final scope before payment.
How does website care work?
Request a quote for website care. It includes a monthly functionality check and up to 30 minutes of small text or image updates. Larger changes are quoted separately. Care is available for websites we agree to support; the service terms are agreed before it begins.
Who controls the domain and manages the website?
I recommend that you keep your domain account in your own name and under your control. Website access, day-to-day management, and handover arrangements are agreed before work begins. Available management and handover options depend on the platform used for your website.
How long does a project take?
The timeline is confirmed after reviewing your requirements, the available content, and the scope. We’ll agree on it before work begins, including when your feedback and approvals are needed.
How do I request a quote?
Email contactme@wayneslimreid.com with your business details and what you have in mind. Scope, pricing, and any payment arrangements are agreed directly before work begins. This website does not collect payments.
